Polaris & Compass — Now Rolling Out
Over years of clinic, I've watched the same two moments cause the most worry: the uncertainty before a procedure — weighing whether to go ahead, and how to prepare — and the quiet questions afterwards, in the days when you're healing and not quite sure what's normal. Polaris and Compass are the two companions I've built for exactly those moments.
Two companions, before and after
Polaris walks with you before treatment, helping you understand your options and prepare. Compass walks with you through recovery afterwards. For my own patients, both are entirely free — not an add-on, but something I've wanted to offer for a long time. They're now available more widely too. And if you'd like to help shape where they go next, there's an anonymous feedback form in the footer of the app — nothing is tied to you, just your honest view.
Service Update
A New Clinic at the Harley Street Specialist Hospital
I'm glad to confirm that I'll now be seeing patients at the Harley Street Specialist Hospital (HSSH), in the heart of the West End at 18–22 Queen Anne Street, London W1G 8HU. It gives you another option for where and when we can meet — with no change to how I work, or to the standard of care you'd expect.
What you can do at HSSH
The new clinic offers face-to-face consultations, penile Doppler ultrasound scans, and day-case surgery — so a good part of a typical pathway, from first assessment through to a procedure, can happen in one place. Booking is through my secretary, Sara, exactly as always.
Practice Update
While I'm Away — 6 to 20 July
I'll be away from Monday 6 July to Monday 20 July. As it happens, I haven't operated on anyone in the past week, so I'm not anticipating any urgent post-operative issues while I'm gone.
If anything urgent does come up. You'll be in very good hands. Professor Giulio Garaffa has kindly agreed to look after my patients for anything pressing during those two weeks. The point of contact stays exactly the same — my secretary, Sara, on the usual number and email. I'll be back to normal clinics from Tuesday 21 July.
