If You've Been Buying ED Pills Online, Read This First
This matters. On 13 April, the MHRA and eBay removed over 200 listings for unauthorised erectile dysfunction medicines from the platform. The figures behind it are striking — and worth understanding, even if you've never bought medication online.
215 Unauthorised Listings Removed
On 13 April 2026, the MHRA and eBay removed 215 listings for unauthorised erectile dysfunction medicines from the platform. The MHRA reports that ED affects around 4.3 million men in the UK and that two in five feel uncomfortable seeking medical advice, with many turning to online sources. Unauthorised tablets may contain no active ingredient, the wrong dose, or undisclosed toxic substances. Prescription ED medicines in the UK can only be dispensed through a UK-registered pharmacy — look for the green-cross GPhC logo. If a proper ED workup is what you've been avoiding, that's the conversation worth having, not the tablet purchase.

“Do I Need a Circumcision?”
It's one of the most common questions I hear in clinic — and the honest answer is: it depends. Not every tight foreskin needs the same approach, and circumcision is only one of several options. That's why I've built a guided decision aid to help you think through the question properly, before you even step into clinic.
Phimosis Treatment Compass
A nine-question guided assessment covering onset, severity grading, scarring, symptoms, and what matters most to you. It doesn't prescribe — it educates. No data is collected, nothing is stored. Think of it as the conversation we'd have in your first consultation, structured so you can revisit it at your own pace.

See What a Penile Doppler Report Actually Looks Like
If you've been told you might need a penile Doppler ultrasound — or you've had one and struggled to make sense of the report — this is for you. I've built an interactive example showing two comparable cases side by side: one where the initial result looked like a venous leak, and one where it was confirmed.
Interactive Penile Doppler Report
Two fictitious but clinically accurate example cases with full haemodynamic data, representative waveforms, and annotated clinical interpretation. Demonstrates the two-test protocol — Alprostadil alone vs Alprostadil with Phentolamine — that separates anxiety-driven results from genuine veno-occlusive dysfunction. Educational only, using fictitious patient data.

Venous Leak — What It Actually Means and What Can Be Done
Venous leak is one of the most misunderstood diagnoses in erectile dysfunction — and one of the most frequently over-diagnosed. I've published a dedicated guide that walks through the condition properly: what it is, how it's diagnosed (and misdiagnosed), the role of penile Doppler testing, and the treatment options that are actually supported by evidence. If you've been given this diagnosis, or suspect it, this is the page I'd want you to read before your next consultation.

Why I'm Studying AI in Healthcare
I've enrolled in Imperial College Business School's executive programme on AI in Healthcare. Not because I think AI will replace clinical judgement — but because I believe clinicians need to be in the room when these decisions are made. My position is clear: no patient-facing AI without auditability, hard circuit-breakers, and legal accountability. This programme helps me put that principle into practice.
